Urban Engineers of New York, in association with Clough Harbor Associates, has been awarded a design and construction inspection services contract from the City of Niagara Falls for the reconstruction of Buffalo Avenue from the Grand Island Bridge to 10th Street. Buffalo Avenue is a four-lane east/west urban arterial on the south side of the City. The project is valued at more than $15 million. Design will begin in late December and construction is planned to run from Spring 2008 to Spring 2010.

Urban’s responsibilities include construction administration and inspection services and assistance with preliminary and final design.
