Urban has received a letter of thanks from the Philadelphia Chapter of the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials’ (COMTO) for Urban's sponsorhip of COMTO's 7th Annual Golf Outing . The outing was held at the Westover Golf Club in Norristown, PA.

COMTO was founded in 1970 to create a forum for senior minority professionals in the transportation industry. COMTO's mission is to strengthen the position of minorities within the transportation industry. Urban is proud to support COMTO.
