Urban Adds 35 New Staff Since January


Beefing up its staff to handle an expanding workload, Urban Engineers has hired 35 new engineers, planners, designers, technicians, and administrative personnel for its offices in Philadelphia, Erie, and Warrendale, PA; Buffalo, NY; Hartford, CT; Cherry Hill, NJ; and Baltimore, MD.

The new staff represents a broad spectrum of disciplines including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, marine, highway, bridge, railroad, planning, traffic, and construction management/construction inspection.

According to Urban’s president, Edward M. D’Alba, PE, “We are gearing up to meet the challenges of a bevy of new assignments that are heading our way. We are most fortunate to be able to identify and recruit this talented crew.
