Urban Selected for Fairfield Court Project in Connecticut

Urban was chosen by the City of Stamford to provide construction monitoring services for Fairfield Court, an approximately $30 million project.

Phase 1 will entail demolishing seven buildings, while Phase 2 will include constructing 16 buildings with 90 apartments and a community center.

Urban will provide construction monitoring services, including:
Coordinating inspection
Monitoring progress and quality of work performed
Preparing daily reports showing manpower, equipment, activities worked on,
and weather
Preparing monthly reports showing stage of work and items finished
Photographing various stages of work
Conducting wage check interviews
Checking monthly estimates
