Urban is a "Best Place to Work in Pennsylvania"

Urban Engineers has been named a winner in the annual 100 Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania competition. Urban placed 9th in the Large Company category (251 employees or more), up from 33rd last year.

Companies are scored using a formula similar to Fortune’s “100 Best Companies to Work for in America.” The formula calls for a survey of employees to measure the employee experience, and a review of company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems and demographics.

This marks the 7th time that Urban has been honored with a Best Places to Work award.

The competition is sponsored by the Pennsylvania Department of Economic Development, the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry, and the Central Penn Business Journal.
