Richard C. Simon Receives ASQ-Certified Quality Auditor

The Certification Board of the American Society for Quality has announced that Urban’s Richard C. Simon has completed the requirements to be named an ASQ-Certified Quality Auditor (ASQ CQA).

According to the Society, “Richard C. Simon has reached a significant level of professional recognition, indicating a proficiency in and a comprehension of quality auditing tools and techniques.”

Roberto Saco, President, American Society for Quality said, "This is a great
accomplishment and, although not a formal registration or licensure, it represents a high level of peer recognition."

Simon, who joined Urban in 2000, is a Senior Quality Project Manager in the firm’s New York City office. He is also an ASQ-Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence, an ASQ-Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, and a Senior Member of ASQ.
