Urban's Brian A. Stover named to CMCI Board of Governors |

The Construction Management Association of America’s (CMAA) Construction Management Certification Institute (CMCI) has named Urban Engineers’ Senior Vice President, Brian A. Stover, PE, CCM to its Board of Governors.
According to the CMCI, “The Board of Governors is responsible for setting CMCI policies and procedures, reviewing CCM applications, approving or denying candidacy for applicants, and serving as strong advocates of the CCM credential.”
Stover, who joined Urban in 1986, is a registered professional engineer in eight states and a CMAA Certified Construction Manager. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
Stover is a past recipient of the Philadelphia Chapter of American Society of Consulting Engineers’ “Construction Engineer of the Year” award. He has served as President of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the Construction Management Association of America; President of the Delaware Valley Section of the American Society of Highway Engineers; Chairman, Construction Technical Committee of the American Society of Civil Engineers; Board of Directors, Delaware Valley Chapter of the American Society of Highway Engineers; and member of the Pennsylvania Partnering Task Force and Pennsylvania National Quality Initiative Task Force.
