Robert B. Snowden, PE, Esq. Returns to Urban

Robert B. Snowden, PE, Esq., has returned to Urban as Construction Services Practice Leader for Maryland and Senior Project Manager for Claims and Litigation Support, the firm announced.

A Professional Engineer in five states, including Maryland, Mr. Snowden brings more than 25 years of experience to this position. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware and a Juris Doctor from the Widener University School of Law.

Previously with Urban, Mr. Snowden worked on such projects as the construction of Interstate 476 (the “Blue Route”) and the reconstruction of the Walt Whitman Bridge and Expressway. He began his career at the Delaware Department of Transportation and has worked in all areas of transportation construction, including most recently for a general contractor. Mr. Snowden is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, American Bar Association, and First State Section of the American Society of Highway Engineers, where he is a Regional Director.
