Urban Welcomes Back Mudrowsky

Urban Engineers has hired Walter Mudrowsky, PE, as a Senior Highway Engineer in the Highway Engineering Practice in our New Castle, DE office.

A registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, Mudrowsky holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He is also a member of ASHE.

Mudrowsky brings nearly 30 years of experience to Urban, including 23 previously with the company. This experience includes the management, supervision and major design elements of transportation projects, and serving as Project Manager for the scoping, preliminary and final design phases of roadway improvement projects.

Mudrowsky's extensive experience includes:

• Right-of-Way document preparation
• Geotechnical boring plan and contract preparation
• Utility coordination
• Concept and feasibility report preparation
• Access analysis and plan preparation
• Maintenance and protection of traffic plan development
• Environmental permitting
• Hydrology and hydraulics
• Drainage design
• Computer applications, CADD (AutoCAD & MicroStation), HEC-RAS, and database development
