Alem T. Hagos, PE, PTOE joins Urban Engineers

Alem T. Hagos, PE, PTOE, has joined Urban as a Project Manager in the firm's Baltimore, MD office.

A registered professional engineer in Maryland and a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer, Hagos holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Addis Ababa University and a master's degree in civil/transportation engineering from Virginia Tech. He is a member of ITE; ASCE, Maryland sections; and ASHE, Chesapeake Section.

Hagos has more than 20 years of experience in design, planning, and project management of major highway, traffic, and transit engineering projects within the Mid-Atlantic area for clients that include SHA, DelDOT, MTA, and local counties and private developers.
