Dale Russell, PE joins Urban Engineers

Urban Engineers has hired Dale Russell, PE, as a Senior Project Manager in the firm's Highway Practice in our Philadelphia, PA office.

Russell is a registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania, California, and Ontario (Canada). He holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Queen's University in Ontario and is a member of ASCE.

Russell brings more than 17 years of experience to Urban, including civil design for bike paths, highway reconstruction, major interchange construction, and roadway/rail grade crossing improvements. He has worked for several large engineering firms and the Ontario Ministry of Transportation. Russell has served as Project Manager/Project Engineer on more than 35 projects, including the $140 million SR 85/US 101 Interchange Project in Mountain View, CA and the Caltrain Commuter Rail Grade Crossing Improvement Program in Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties, CA.
