Shoemaker Joins Mechanicsburg Office

Urban Engineers is pleased to announce that Richard Shoemaker has joined the firm’s Mechanicsburg, PA office as a Transportation Construction Manager.

He brings more than 18 years of experience with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, District 8-0, where he managed inspection staff in Cumberland and Franklin Counties and oversaw quality of construction and compliance.

Shoemaker is NICET Level II-certified in Concrete and Soils Testing, ACI-certified in Concrete Field Testing, and NECEPT-certified in Bituminous and Concrete Testing.
