Urban Welcomes Cardinal

Urban Engineers is pleased to announce the addition of Jason L. Cardinal, as Resident Engineer in the firm’s Hartford, CT office.

Mr. Cardinal brings more than 12 years of experience in all phases of highway, bridge, and other transportation facilities construction. He has worked on projects for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, Federal Transit Administration, Federal Railroad Administration, and ConnDOT.

Mr. Cardinal holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Connecticut and a Masters Degree in Construction Management from Central Connecticut State University.
