Hayes Joins Urban

Urban Engineers is pleased to announce the addition of Robert Hayes as a Senior Project Manager in the Program Management Oversight practice area of the firm’s Philadelphia office.

Mr. Hayes brings more than 25 years of engineering and insurance industry experience to this position, including providing construction and engineering guidance and assistance to claim attorneys as it pertains to handling performance bond claim matters.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Rutgers University and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
