Donald A. Logan joins Urban Engineers

Senior estimator Donald A. Logan, CPE has been hired by Urban Engineers for his expert capabilities in cost estimating, value analysis, constructability analysis, bid packaging, and subcontract purchasing.

Logan was formerly senior estimator with a major Philadelphia area construction company where he worked on projects ranging in cost from $5 million to $500 million. Project types included educational, recreational, residential, cultural, correctional, healthcare, and parking facilities.

A Certified Professional Estimator and member of the American Society of Professional Estimators,  Logan holds a certificate in Construction Management from Drexel University and a BA in Organizational Management from Eastern University.
