Urban's Martsolf Honored by Temple |

Urban is pleased to announce that Carol C. Martsolf, PE, LEED® AP has been selected for inclusion in Temple University’s Gallery of Success, which honors outstanding alumni from each of the University’s schools and colleges. She will be honored at an awards dinner in October 2009.
Martsolf received her Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Temple in 1992.
She is Urban’s Manager of Professional Career Development at Urban, managing the process of developing Training Institute courses through needs analysis, course development, development of learning outcomes, development of learning assessments, and final evaluation.
She has also been Project Manager for various civil engineering projects. Her technical responsibilities have included traffic analyses, trail design, highway and drainage design, right-of-way investigations, maintenance and protection of traffic, signing, pavement markings, specifications, estimates, and erosion and sediment pollution control for numerous Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority, and City of Philadelphia projects.
“Carol brings to our company, and the profession, an incredible amount of energy, commitment, and focus to improve our organization along with the numerous Engineering Societies in which she serves,” said Urban’s President, Edward M. D’Alba, PE. “Carol gets things done, and she does it with class and a passion for doing what is always right.
