Brown Joins Urban

Urban has hired Harry Brown, PMP, LEED® AP, to serve as Manager - Federal Services.

Brown brings nearly 25 years of experience in the construction and engineering industries to Urban. He is Project Management Professional and LEED-accredited. Brown has extensive engineering and construction management experience in projects ranging from environmental, renovations, demolition, and civil to new construction and design/build. He also has significant experience with estimating, scheduling, contract negotiations, design reviews, and quality assurance/quality control.

Previously, Brown worked as a Project Manager for three consulting firms. He also worked in the Public Works Department for the United States Navy. Brown has a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from the George Washington University School of Business.
