Sandoval joins Urban

Urban has hired Oscar Sandoval, PE, to serve as a Construction Manager in the firm’s Construction and Program Management Services Division.

Sandoval brings more than 35 years of experience to Urban, including extensive experience gained while employed for 20 years at New Jersey Transit in the Capital Planning and Programs Department.

His areas of expertise include program and construction management, quality assurance and control, and design oversight specializing in rail yard reconstruction projects, and managing numerous capital improvement projects.

A licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey and Connecticut, Sandoval earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in civil engineering from La Gran Colombia University in Bogota, Colombia.
