Mullin Joins Urban

Urban is pleased to announce the addition of Julia Mullin, PE, as a Program Manager in the Production Support Practice. She brings more than 11 years of experience in the construction and engineering industries to this position.

Mullin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining Urban, Mullin worked as a Chief Estimator for a construction management corporation in New Jersey and also served as the Vice President and Director of Design at another contractor firm. She is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
