Urban is a Great Place to Work

For eight of the last nine years, Urban has been named one of the Best Places to Work in PA.  This year, as in 2008, Urban ranked 9^th overall in the large company (over 251 employees) category.  Urban also ranked No. 1 among all engineering firms in that category.

The rankings are drawn from an employee survey measuring employee experience and the company's policies, practices, philosophies, and systems.

The award was presented to Urban representatives at the annual awards dinner in Hershey, P.A. The event was attended by more than 1100 people from companies across the Commonwealth.

The "Best Places to Work in PA" project is a statewide program managed by Best Companies Group in partnership with the Central Penn Business Journal, the Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development, and the Team Pennsylvania Foundation.
