Halboth Joins Urban

Urban is pleased to announce the addition of Charles A. Halboth, PE, PMP, as a Senior Project Manager in our Construction and Program Management Services Department in the New York City office.  Halboth has more than 33 years of experience in the industry.  

He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology and his Master’s of Science Degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.  Halboth is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and is also a certified Project Management Professional.  He previously worked for URS Corporation, as a Project Executive and Project Manager, and for O’Brien Kreitzberg. 

Halboth served as a Program/Construction Manager on such projects as the Frankford Transportation Center, the Market Street Elevated Reconstruction, and the Railworks Program in Philadelphia, along with many others in New Jersey and New York.
