Harrelson Joins Urban

Urban is pleased to welcome Dennis Harrelson to our Construction and Program Management Services Practice in our Erie office as a Construction Inspector. He is a graduate of Kent State University, where he received his Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology.

Harrelson was employed by Koski Construction Company where he worked for 36 years, working his way up to General Superintendent. In this position, he was in charge of overseeing the construction phases of multiple projects, including estimates, scheduling, and budgeting. His past projects also include land surveying for bridge and facility projects in Western Pennsylvania and Ohio. He has also performed as Project Engineer for PennDOT construction projects, and is a member of the American Society of Highway Engineers.

Harrelson's past experience includes inspection on the I-79 Interchange at 26^th street in Erie; Flying J Travel Plaza; and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation's (PennDOT) SR 4034, Section A90, T-588 Nagle Road and SR 4016, Section A01 projects.
