UCONN Picks Urban

Urban Engineers was awarded a contract from the University of Connecticut for Claims, Scheduling, and Construction/Design Review Consultant Services.

One of seven firms selected by UCONN, Urban will provide consulting services for claims investigations, analyses, and reviews, and litigation support for the next three years.

Urban will perform litigation support consulting services for construction claims made against the University for liability and cost damages. This contract also includes provisions for additional consulting services for review and analysis of construction progress schedules, contract change orders, and contractor requests or claims for extra work, impacts, or asserted changes. Urban could also provide expert testimony and participate in dispute resolution forums, such as mediation, arbitration, or litigation.
