New York City Office on the Move

Effective April 30th, Urban Engineers of New York, P.C., opened up shop at its new office location, Two Penn Plaza, Suite 1103, New York, NY 10121. The phone number remains 212-736-9100. After six years on the 60th floor of the Empire State Building, Urban has outgrown its office space. The new office is approximately double the size and is located adjacent to Penn Station, affording quick access for employees, clients, and to other Urban offices along the Northeast Corridor Rail Line.

The Empire State Building office has been the base of operations for Urban’s Federal Transit Administration Project Management Oversight contract in the New York Metropolitan Area. In recent years, Urban has added many non-FTA clients. These groups include the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey; the New York City Economic Development Corporation; the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation; the New York State Thruway Authority; and Sullivan County, NY. The new office will accommodate Urban’s expanding base of clients and provide space for further growth.
