The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience developing and generating proposal/qualification submissions for Engineering/Architectural/Construction firms. Specific knowledge working with Standard Forms 254, 255, and 330 is required. ECMS experience is preferred. Candidate will also create press releases, project profiles and other collateral marketing materials. Candidate must possess writing and proofreading/editing skills, strong time management and organizational skills. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; English or Journalism is preferred. Candidate should also have working knowledge of MS Office Suite, and excellent personal and communication skills. Knowledge of Deltek Vision system is a plus.
