Responsibilities: Candidates will be responsible for inspection and documentation of contractor work and quantity calculations.

Candidates must have at least 2 years experience (PennDOT experience preferred) and have at least one of the following certifications: NICET, Necept Asphalt, or Necept/PennDOT Concrete. An Engineering Degree can be substituted for experience. CDS NextGen Experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must also have their own vehicle.
