Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for field inspection and a supervisory capacity for construction activities. This position will prepare correspondence, reports, and recommendations concerning construction issues. This position will also establish and maintain project records.

Candidates must have at least 6 years experience in civil, highway or relevant engineering field. Two of the 6 years are preferred to have been in a supervisory capacity over highway, bridge, facilities or rail construction. Individual must have knowledge of highway, bridge, facilities or rail construction practices and procedures. The candidate must have a NICET Level III certification in Transportation/Highway Construction; except those who possess a current PE in the state of Connecticut. Candidates must also have their own vehicle and may be required to travel for the position.
