Safety Engineer

Position Description:

Candidate will review and comment on Health and Safety plans; attend site safety meetings; prepare reports; and conduct construction site safety tours. Candidate will participate in the review of safety activities on various construction sites and review compliance. Candidate will also assist Project Manager with administrative function as directed.

Job Requirements:

This position required a Bachelors Degree with at least 7 to 10 years of experience implementing and/or monitoring/managing construction safety programs. Experience on high-rise construction and tower cranes is a plus. Good oral and written communication skills and the ability to work as a team player is a must. P.E. license is preferred. An OSHA 30 certification and NYC DOB Certified Site Safety Coordinator is a plus.
