Structural Engineer – Marine Division

Job responsibilities will include structural design, guiding draftsmen in drawing preparation, preparing bid packages, field work including dock inspection and construction inspection, and writing technical and dock inspection reports.  Successful candidate will coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, support staff and other engineering disciplines of Urban. This job requires a Bachelors degree with a minimum 5 years of experience in the design and construction inspection of waterfront and/or heavy industrial facilities. Refinery experience a plus. Strong structural engineering background is essential. Must have EIT certification with ability to obtain PE certification within a year. Masters degree preferred
